YJH-Ⅱ氨法脱硫 YJH-Ⅱ ammonia desulfurization

一、YJH-Ⅱ氨法脱硫工艺简介
江苏亿金环保设备工程有限公司自主研发的YJH-Ⅱ新型氨法脱硫工艺是在吸收国内外氨法脱硫工艺后发展起来的。其特点是利用氨水或液氨等作为脱硫剂,利用高温烟气对脱硫副产物硫酸铵提浓,其特点是脱硫反应速度快、脱除效率高,耗能低、氨逃逸率低、副产品价值高,并且具有一定得脱硝功效。
脱硫系统烟气经除尘器后首先进入提浓增湿塔内,烟气经增湿降温后再进入吸收塔,烟气在吸收塔内与高度雾化的脱硫液【(NH4)2SO3】反应,吸收SO2生成亚硫酸氢铵【NH4HSO3】,再与补充的氨水进行中和反应生成亚硫酸铵【(NH4)2SO3】,依次循环,净化后的烟气经塔顶两层高效除雾器除去其中的雾滴后,经烟囱排入大气。
吸收塔底部生成的亚硫酸铵【(NH4)2SO3】达到一定浓度后送入到氧化塔内进行循环强制氧化,亚硫酸铵【NH4)2SO3】被完全氧化成硫酸铵【NH4)2SO4】,硫酸铵母液打入提浓增湿塔内与高温烟气进行热交换,浓缩后过的硫酸铵经旋流器、离心机实现固液分离,再经干燥机进一步干燥,完成烟气脱硫和脱硫副产物硫酸铵产品的回收。

I. Introduction of YJH-Ⅱ ammonia desulfurization processII.
YJH-Ⅱ new ammonia desulfurization process is independently developed by Jiangsu Yijin Environmental Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. and it develops after integrating ammonia desulfurization processes home and abroad. It features in using ammonia solution or liquid ammonia as desulfurization agent and concentrating by-product of desulfurization ammonium sulfate by high-temperature flue gas. It has high speed of desulfurization reaction, high desulfurization rate, low power consumption, low ammonia escape rate, high value of by-products, and a certain effect of denitration.
After passing dust collector, flue gas in desulfurization system first enter concentrating and conditioning tower for humidification and temperature reduction, then enters absorption tower to react with highly-atomized desulfurization solution【(NH4)2SO3】and absorb SO2 to form ammonium sulfite(NH4)2SO3】. It is orderly cycled, and mist droplets are removed from flue gas after purification by the two layers of high-efficient demisters on top of tower, then flue gas is discharged through chimneys.
After ammonium sulfite【(NH4)2SO3】 formed at the bottom of tower is absorbed to a certain density, flue gas is sent to oxidation column for cycling oxidation; ammonium sulfite【(NH4)2SO3】 is fully oxidized to be 【(NH4)2SO4】; Ammonium sulfite mother solution is sent into concentrating and conditioning tower for heat exchange; ammonium sulfate after concentration is achieved solid-liquid separation by cyclone and centrifuge, and then is further dried by dryer to complete flue gas desulfurization and recovery of desulfurization by-product ammonium sulfite products.

四、性能保证:
1、脱硫效率≥95%
2、脱氮效率≥30%
3、氨逃逸≤10PPm
4、副产硫酸铵品质符合GB535-1995《硫酸铵》标准和DL/T808-2002《副产硫酸铵》标准。
