一、工艺简介
锅炉出口的烟气夹带着大量的粉尘和有害气体进入到中和酸性气体的反应塔,自生石灰熟化系统来的石灰浆由旋转喷雾器喷入反应塔,烟气中HCl、SO2、HF同Ca(OH)2反应生成CaCl2、CaSO3、CaSO4、CaF2微粒。
CaO耗用量同酸性气体反应的效率、酸性气体的初始浓度、石灰浆喷入的雾化程度及反应温度有关。脱除酸性气体后的烟气夹带着燃烧产生的烟尘、中和反应产生的钙盐以及未参加反应的氢氧化物离开反应塔进入除尘器,高温烟气在反应塔中化学反应同时进行喷水冷却降温,烟气在进入布袋除尘之前喷入活性碳,钙盐和吸附了二恶英的活性碳颗粒在除尘器内得到进一步净化,除掉了烟气中的反应剩余物后进入引风机
I.Process Brief Introduction
Flue gas in outlet of boiler containing a lot of dust and harmful gases enter reaction column for acid gas neutralization; lime slurry from quicklime curing system is sprayed by rotary sprayer into reaction column; HCl, SO2 and HF in the flue gas react with Ca(OH)2 to form CaCl2, CaSO3, CaSO4 and CaF2 particles.
CaO consumption is related to efficiency of acid gas reaction, initial density of acid gas, atomization of lime slurry and reaction temperature. Flue gas after acid gas removal, with dust from burning, calcium salts from neutralization and hydroxide not entering reaction, leaves reaction column and enters dust collector; high-temperature flue gas is cooled by sprayed water while it is in reaction column; flue gas is sprayed activated carbon before entering bags for dust collection; calcium salts and granular activated carbon, which have absorbed dioxin, are further purified in dust collector; after removing reaction residues in flue gas, it enters induced draft fan.
